She is a renowned Indian classical vocalist from Kirana gharana and founder of Sur Sangat Sanstha. She has performed in most of the prominent music conferences including the prestigious ‘Sawai Gandharva Sangeet Mahotsav’ many times. She was conferred ‘Surmani’ title by ‘Sur Singar Sansad’, Mumbai in 1986 and ‘Sangeet Shree’ title by ‘Sangeetanjali’, Allahabad. An audio CD titled Swarapadma of self-composed bandishis was released in Sawai Gandharva festival.

Veteran Marathi journalist and author, Rambhau Joshi has become a centenarian recently. Rambhau is respected as an author of eight award-winning volumes on the life and work of Shri Yeshwantrao Chavan. He is an important member to shape the organizations of journalists. He was one of the eminent music-lovers instrumental in establishing Arya Sangeet Prasarak Mandal. He was presented with scores of coveted awards and was felicitated by prestigious organizations in Maharashtra.

She is a faculty at Brihan Maharashtra college of commerce, Pune. She is a postgraduate in Computer Management and Computer Application. She has recorded educational lecturers of EMMRC at Savitribai Phule Pune University. She is also coordinating the MOOC lectures of MHRD, Government of India. She has presented many technical papers in various National forums. She is fond of Indian classical music

Shruti is one of the torch bearers of Kirana Gharana. She has completed MA in music from SNDT University,Pune. She is graded artist of AIR for light music.She has performed in many prestigious conference’s such as Tansen Samaroh,Gwalior Sawai Gandhrawa Mahotsav,Kundgol Abdul Karim Khan Samaroh to name a few. Shruti has released a devotional music album titled “Anubhuti “ where all the songs are written, composed and sung by her. Recently Shruti has formed “SwaraShruti” foundation to promote young talent. She is also a renowned teacher in Indian classical vocal and conducts in-person and online music classes. She continues to mentor her students worldwide.
